Samsung has created the portable SSD T3 for people on the go, with only a weight of only 51 grams and compact size no bigger than a business card. The metal chassis makes it both sexy and shock resistant. The T3 also has an AES 256-bit hardware encryption password protection and with its metal body and chassis that protects it from external damage you what Samsung calls a trifecta of protection.

The T3 is a USB 3.0-SSD and it uses a USB type-C, but it also comes with an extra cable with USB type-A so it can be connected to older computers as well, worth mentioning that the cable is no longer than 40cm.

The disc is formatted with the file system exFAT, which is supported by newer windows, OS X, and Android smartphones, compatibility with the Samsung Galaxy s7 Edge works perfectly fine so I suspect that it will work fine with other Android phones too. The disc is very fast with a bandwith of 5Gbit/s, but according to the specifications it reads and writes in speeds of up to 450mb/s. Which is up to four times faster than other external HDD discs, which is very impressive even if it is a SSD.

My conclusion is that even if it is on the pricey side of it, you get smart little and speedy device that keeps your files and information safe. Which would be very important if you keep a lot of sensitive information on it.
