Crestron Mercury are Crestron´s not so new huddle room, small and medium meeting room device.
The Mercury is a multi usage device, with so much specifications that it would fit any situation that demands videoconferencing or sharing. The Crestron Mercury is probably the only or one of the few UC and AV all-in-one tabletop solution. It pretty much supports any web collaboration application on the marked.
Mercury has a built in Crestron Air-Media (which I have written about before), which allows to share a secure and wireless presentation on the meeting room screen from laptops, smartphones and tablets, or you can connect directly with a HDMI cable. You can also use bluetooth to pair with a smartphone or make a call with the built in open SIP conference phone to make calls.

You can use any soft phone, web conferencing or UC application such as Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams, Cisco WebEX, GotoMeeting or Slack to call from your laptop when you connect to the Mercury.

By combining all the must-have conferencing and collaboration tools in one easy-to-use console, Mercury enables people to work together regardless of location or conferencing application. All others lock you into a single platform.

It is very easy to provision and manage the Mercury´s and even manage them from the cloud as well as leveraging the standard network security policies. The Mercury has built in occupancy sensor, which increase the efficiency of the room usage. If you do not meet up to the meeting within the programmed time (example 15min), then the meeting will be cancelled and it becomes available for the next one.

Mercury connects directly with Microsoft Exchange® or Crestron Fusion® to make room scheduling easy. The built-in graphics engine generates an onscreen display of the room calendar and simple instructions for starting a meeting.

Additionally its worth mentioning the 7inch touch screen makes the user experience good and very tactile to touch. It has good resolution and the menus clear and makes it easy to use.
