The Logitech MX Vertical mouse is not a very sexy product (even if Logitech as done a great job with the design of this ergomical mouse). But seemingly its going to be more like more and more common as just more people work more on the computer. Muscle strain, inflammation in elbow and wrist (golf elbow, tennis elbow and impingement) is just becoming more common. As people become more and more stationary and less active, its more important than ever to think about you working position being ergonomic. Logitech has created their first vertical mouse with great success.

Its going to make waves in the offices because this a product that has largly been missing. Its more expensive to have an employee out on sick leave than investing proper work tools.
