Logitech released their newest invention earlier this year and showed it off at CES and ISE.
I had the pleasure of seeing it in action during the ISE´17 and I enjoyed it and how well it worked.
For a low-cost webcam it offers some really impressive features for such as:
- Ultra 4K HD.
- Infrared facial recognition.
- Right light 3 with HDR.
- 90 degrees field of view.
- 5x digital zoom.
The Brio offers 4k at 30 fpm (frames per minute) and 1080 at 60 &30 fpm.
Logitech Brio also has an infrared camera that offers face recognition with Windows Hello, which means that you do not need to think about login password – it all happens automatically when the benches down in front of the computer. Although most modern laptops are equipped with “good enough” webcams, the Brio will probably still be of interest to people who are into things such as video calls and / or YouTube recordings – or just want to drop the login program in Windows.
